3.75 Iso Band 32 Light
A comfortable, safe, and durable resistance band for anchored or self-anchored exercises – 64″ long loop of 3.75″ wide elastic webbing. Light resistance maxes out at 40 LBS. 32″ range of movement before a soft end range that can provide an overcoming isometric hold. Recommended for self-anchored chest pressing, scapular retraction (pull aparts), and single-leg pulling.
