3.75 Iso Band 50 Heavy
A comfortable, safe, and durable resistance band for anchored or self-anchored exercises – 100″ long loop of 3.75″ wide elastic webbing. Resistance maxes out at 80 LBS. 50″ of resisted range of motion before a “soft” end range that offers an overcoming isometric hold. Recommended for self-anchored overhead pressing, anchored rows, presses, rotation, etc.
